Shipping policy

At Hainst, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timeframes, and costs for all orders within Australia. We exclusively serve consumers in Australia, and all transactions are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Free Shipping Across Australia
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum spend required, and there are no hidden handling or processing fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to residential and business addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not ship to:
- International addresses outside of Australia.
- PO Boxes or Locked Bags.
- Parcel forwarding services or third-party logistics hubs.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian and international public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEDT/Sydney Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We work with trusted international and local fulfillment partners to deliver your items. Because our products are dispatched directly from our partner warehouses to provide you with the best value, please note the following estimated timeframes:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (metro vs. regional), customs processing, or seasonal carrier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the email is sent.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As your order may be dispatched from our international fulfillment centers, it will pass through Australian Customs.
- No Extra Costs: Hainst covers all import duties, GST, and customs clearance fees. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
- Transparency: Your package may show an international origin on the shipping label; this is a standard part of our direct-to-consumer model.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
- Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at customercare@hainst.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update within 24 hours.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product and packaging and email it to us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
