Open Positions
We are looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media Specialist to grow and manage the Hainst presence across Instagram and TikTok. This is a fully remote role based in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Develop a consistent visual and tonal identity that reflects the Hainst brand
- Monitor trends, seasonal moments and cultural conversations relevant to our audience
- Engage with our community and build meaningful connections
- Track performance and translate insights into content decisions
- Collaborate with the wider team on campaigns, new arrivals and key moments
What We Are Looking For
- Based in Australia
- A genuine feel for women's fashion and contemporary style
- Experience managing social media for a brand or in a similar creative role
- Strong eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok
- Confident writing in a tone that feels natural, warm and on-brand
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely and independently
