How can I securely pay for my order?

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum spend required. Every order is shipped with tracking, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been confirmed. If you have placed an order in error, please contact us immediately at customercare@hainst.com and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Can I change my order?
Should you require a change to the shipping address, colour or size, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours after placing your order.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and peak periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
When will I get my order?
After dispatch, delivery across Australia typically takes 6 to 12 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 7 to 15 business days from the moment you place your order. Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may be slightly extended during peak periods.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are processed once the item has been received at the warehouse and inspected. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed and free from damage, with all tags attached — to be eligible for a return.

What should I do if my parcel appears to be lost?
We’re sorry to hear this may have happened to your parcel. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, we no longer have direct control over the delivery process. Please contact the courier indicated in your tracking information to lodge an enquiry so they can investigate further.
